The existing Apopka smoke-shop operation is being deliberately phased out and the established retail location converted into Apopka Music & More—a full-service music store and creative community destination.

The business occupies an exceptional, highly visible location at 216 North Park Avenue in the heart of Apopka, with nearly 20,000 vehicles passing daily.* The established retail space offers convenient access, strong local recognition and room to combine music retail with lessons, repairs, rehearsals, recording and live events.

Rather than starting with an empty building, we are repurposing an operating retail location with established infrastructure, fixtures, professional production equipment and a working soundstage already in place—substantially reducing startup time and capital requirements.

New and pre-owned instruments, accessories, consignments, repairs, rentals and specialty orders create several complementary sources of retail and service revenue.

Rehearsal rentals, audio and video recording, livestreaming, showcases, private events and stage rentals turn the existing soundstage into a revenue-producing creative hub.

Lessons, clinics, workshops, artist development and professional production services create recurring customer relationships. Custom AV system design, equipment sales, installation and support for houses of worship, home theaters, venues and local businesses add another scalable revenue channel.

Investment capital will establish a carefully selected opening inventory of new and pre-owned instruments, accessories and essential music gear—giving customers compelling reasons to shop locally from day one.

Funding will complete the transition from smoke shop to music store, including merchandising fixtures, signage, expanded stage capabilities, marketing and other launch-related improvements.
